Description

Decodes the current bytea column, preserving SQL NULL and empty bytes.

Parameters

Returns

Binary content, or null for SQL NULL.

Throws
  • SQLException If the cursor/column is invalid or bytea is malformed. Example: bytes = rows.getBytes("payload").
