Description

Starts a CPU-only load; awaitResult returns the same ModelAsset contract.

Parameters

pathSource file, resolved before reading on the worker.
formatExplicit format, or null for extension detection.
Returns

Operation exposing progress, cancellation and the final asset.

Throws
  • ModelException If path is null; loading failures are rethrown by awaitResult. Example: op = ModelLoader().loadAsync(path); asset = op.awaitResult()
