Description

Joint histogram with separate bin counts for each coordinate.

Parameters
ParameterDescription
otherEqually-sized 1D series.
binsTwo positive bin counts, x then y.
densityNormalize cell-area integral to one.
weightsOptional finite Double observation weights.
ignoreNaNSkip NaN pairs; otherwise raise.
Returns

Counts/densities, x edges, y edges.

Throws
  • ValueException for invalid shape, counts or weights.
  • NullException if other, bins is null at runtime; statically null arguments are rejected with TypeError.

counts, ex, ey = x.histogram2D(y, [10l, 20l])
