Description
Returns the element-wise Euclidean distance with another array. The result is materialized as `NDArray<Double>`. 
x = NDArray<Double>.fromList([3.0, 5.0])
y = NDArray<Double>.fromList([4.0, 12.0])
print(x.hypot(y))  # [5.0, 13.0]
