public append(notnull values as Char[], offset as Long = 0l, count as Long = -1l) as StringBuilder
Description

Appends a range of Unicode scalars without allocating intermediate text.

Parameters
ParameterDescription
valuesSource Char buffer.
offsetFirst scalar to append.
countScalar count; -1 appends the remaining buffer.
Returns

This builder.

Throws
  • IndexException if the source range is invalid.
  • OutOfMemoryError if storage cannot be expanded.

builder = StringBuilder()
builder.append(values, 1l, 2l)
