Description

Writes the entire byte range to stdin, preserving NUL and line endings. Calls are serialized so concurrently written protocol frames do not mix.

Parameters
ParameterDescription
timeoutOverall deadline in milliseconds; 0 means no deadline.
Throws
  • IOException on close, timeout, broken stdin or an OS write error. A failed write may have sent a prefix; abandon the protocol connection.
  • IndexException for an invalid buffer range.
