Enumerates the multi-line lexical continuation modes carried between lines.
When a multi-line construct (such as a C-style block comment, a triple-quoted string """...""", an XML comment <!-- ... -->, or a Markdown code fence) remains open at the end of a line, LexicalState records the active LexicalMode so that subsequent lines can be tokenized incrementally.
