FileSystemIcons

Shared vector filesystem icons for Klyn applications and tree fallbacks. Native SystemIcon snapshots may still take precedence on supported hosts. These drawings need no image files, font symbols or filesystem lookups. Semantic file colors remain stable; document paper follows the session theme.
