public static load(notnull path as FilePath) as AudioClip
Description

Reads RIFF/RF64 WAVE PCM8/16/24/32 or IEEE Float32; does not play it.

Parameters

pathWAV file; arbitrary chunk ordering and padding are supported.
Returns

Audio at its original sample rate and channel count. Extensible PCM/Float32 is accepted in file channel order. This method materializes the entire payload; use WaveReader for bounded RF64 reads.

Throws
  • IOException for malformed/truncated files; NotSupportedException for another encoding; ValueException for invalid PCM values.
