Runs the interactive event loop and restores the terminal on exit.
Returns
Exit code supplied to exit, or zero on normal completion.
Throws
IOException if the input is closed or unavailable. Windows requires a console input handle; a redirected pipe is not a console.
NotSupportedException if the active KlynOS output binding cannot provide the requested terminal operations. The graphical Terminal PTY supports the interactive protocol; the F1 console supports fewer modes.
