Response body decoded with the HTTP Content-Type charset. UTF-8 is the default; a Unicode BOM takes precedence. Portable decoders support UTF-8, UTF-16/32 with byte order, ISO-8859-1, Windows-1252 and ASCII. Unknown charsets and malformed Unicode raise IOException during the request. This textual API is not a binary download interface.
