public class SystemMonitor implements AutoClosable
Synchronous, serialized monitoring session for Linux, Windows and KlynOS. Run sample on a worker when the caller must keep a GUI responsive. Options are copied, raw counters stay exact, and rate calculations use only consecutive observations of the same process instance. No timer is created.
try monitor = SystemMonitor(): snapshot = monitor.sample()
