Extracts top-level and nested symbol declarations (DeclarationNode) and resolves symbol definitions across Klyn, Python, Java, C/C++, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, HTML/XML, and CSS/QSS source code while ignoring matches inside comments and strings.
